The $2m project will see the integration of old and new with the project linking two spaces, including a heritage-listed office building. With a need to accommodate future staff as well as modernise the current office facilities, our studio is excited to design a space that is functional, considered and beautiful. The re-development across three floors, spanning approximately 600sqm is due for completion mid-2024.
Building upon the long-standing relationship with the St Martin’s Catholic Primary School community, our studio is thrilled to deliver this exciting project. The $11m project includes the new, two-storey purpose-designed building featuring eight new General Learning Areas, Common Area, Linkway bridge, Performing Arts space and new OSHC facilities.
This project represents an exciting opportunity for Trinity College that has the potential to unite the College and connect with the wider community.
The new Performing Arts facility shall identify as the new Performance Hub for the North, showcase the College and its wider community, and create a statement ‘artistic’ architectural building. The new theatre will develop a new ‘Gateway’ to the South School whilst creating a specialist Performing Arts School focus.
